I work with people whose lives already appear successful and well-established.
Yet even with achievements, responsibilities, and financial stability, many begin to experience something else:
uncertainty, loss of meaning, tension in relationships, or the quiet feeling that external success no longer brings inner clarity.
My work focuses on the moments when external solutions stop working and internal ones have not yet been found.
I help people return to clarity, inner stability, and honest contact with themselves.
Not through motivation.
Not through fixing.
But through precise conversation, presence, and deep attention.
My Path
My life and professional path developed between Europe and India.
I have lived and worked across cultures, languages, and environments — from corporate management and entrepreneurship to deep contemplative practices, creativity, sport, and music.
This combination allows me to see a person beyond roles, achievements, and spiritual labels.
Not as a problem to solve, but as a whole system that needs clarity and alignment.
Western Experience
I speak Russian, English, German, and Spanish.
I hold an MBA from City University of Seattle and have management experience in international companies.
This background gave me a practical understanding of how real systems work:
money, teams, leadership, responsibility, and pressure.
Running my own businesses taught me something equally important —
flexibility, personal responsibility, and honesty without illusions.
I also completed academic training in
Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, studying how people develop resilience, meaning, emotional balance, and inner strength.
Today I integrate this knowledge in my work with people who no longer want to simply achieve more, but want to live with clarity, stability, and dignity.
I am also a professional kitesurfing instructor — a sport where you cannot control the elements, but you can learn to feel them and move with precision through balance between body and environment.
My focus is not on emotional experiences or temporary insights.
My focus is real change in real life:
clarity, calmness, grounded decision-making, and freedom from illusions.
Eastern Experience
A significant part of my development is connected with India — not as an idea or exotic destination, but as a place of direct learning from teachers who have dedicated their lives to understanding the mind, body, and human awareness.
My teachers
Sandarshi (Osho lineage)
Active meditation and awareness practices in movement — helping to move beyond mental noise and return to embodied presence.
Shiva Girish
White Classical Indian Tantra. Tantric and body-based approaches focused on energy, boundaries, sensitivity, and mature human contact — without mysticism and without escaping reality.
Tushita Buddhist Center, Dharamsala
A period of study and retreat in the Buddhist tradition connected to the teachings of the Dalai Lama.
A deep training in awareness, discipline, and responsibility for one’s own state of mind.
Namo Holistic Wellness & Panchkarma Centre
Study of the ancient Indian science of Marma energy points — awareness through the body and the subtle energetic system.
This experience is not something I “teach”.
It is integrated into the way I work with people —
in silence, in the precision of words, and in the ability to hold space without pressure or interpretation.
Creativity
Creative expression is an essential part of my life.
It allows the mind not to become trapped in failures, expectations, or temporary difficulties.
I write music and perform under the name DJ Ganisch, creating musical journeys at the intersection of ecstatic dance, techno, and ethno house.
For me, music is a space where people can release emotions, reconnect with the body, and experience presence without analysis or explanation.
Where I Work
My summer base is Krasnaya Polyana (Russia).
I also work and perform in Tarifa (Spain) and Goa (India).
My work is also available online.
I am not here to lead you.
I am here to be present when you return to yourself.
